Frequently asked questions
What does “fair use — 100 emails per day” mean?
Personal and Business plans have no monthly cap. To keep the service fast and abuse-free, read receipts are capped at 100 emails per day, which is well beyond normal personal or business use. Emails beyond the cap are always delivered normally — only the read-status display is limited.
What happens when I hit the free monthly limit?
Nothing breaks. Your emails keep sending as usual and keep collecting read receipts behind the scenes — their ticks simply turn orange to show they're beyond the plan limit. If you upgrade later, the emails sent over the limit during the current period unlock retroactively. No data is ever lost.
How does the Google Workspace trial work?
Every Google Workspace account starts with a full 15-day free trial (read receipts on 50 emails per month, like the Free plan). When the trial ends, new emails no longer show their read status until you subscribe to Business. Everything from the trial stays visible forever, and emails sent after the trial — within your current period — unlock retroactively when you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open the extension and click “Manage subscription” to access the Stripe Customer Portal: cancel your plan, switch Business between monthly and annual billing, update your card, or download invoices. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
What is the complimentary Personal plan included with Business?
Every active Business subscription includes one free Personal plan that you can give to any gmail.com address — a personal account, a colleague, a friend. You assign or change the beneficiary directly from the extension.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never store the content of your emails, subject lines and recipients stay in your browser, no IP addresses are stored, and we never ask for access to your Google account. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
